In  addition to the Design-Build Contract for Landscape Design and  Construction, LMS Guam has provided Ironwood Estates with our  landscaping services for the past three years including soil  preparation, supply and installation of top-soil, hydro-seedling, and  temporary irrigation for the enclosed community. Presently, LMS also  maintains Ironwood’s grounds for all of the 108 housing units.

As one of LMS’ first landscaping clients, we are proud to continue our maintenance of the Hyatt grounds. LMS team members daily visit the Hyatt to ensure proper maintenance of the facility. Services include cutting of grass, trimming of trees, removing green waste and debris, and watering of both indoor and outdoor plants.   

LMS Guam was brought onto the St. Leo’s Wedding Chapel project after the contractor originally awarded the project walked off the job.  When LMS arrived on the project site, no work had yet commenced and all that had been accomplished was that initial design plans had been drafted for the 5 elements of the chapel concept.

The 9-hole, PGA certified gold course at the LeoPalace Resort Guam was awarded to LMS Guam on April 5, 2001. The design and construction of a 600 gallon per minute pump station was completed by LMS as an irrigation system for the course. Other services provided to the project included proper watering of facility, cutting grass, repairing erosion and washouts, sprigging and seeding in repaired areas, corrective surface and sub-surface drainage, and additional clearing and clean up.
